ok so i was looking on craigslist and i found this really cheap celica. i loved it. only one grand (guy didnt know how badass this car is) the only problem is... that on the trunk back side, opposite side of the "toyota" is a thing that says "STX" and it has the decal on both of the doors.


i have never heard of an stx...is it fake decal just to make it look cool?

i also looked at the engine and it looked like a normal one.

I have an STX also and my father has been working at toyota dealerships for about as long as I'm alive. From what he told me it's a regular ST dealer options put together by Jim Morran owned toyota dealerships. Mine included options like up graded speakers, pinstripe, gold emblems and the BBS wheels.

haha sorry it took so long. i couldnt have my baby completely stock.

i got the essentials. stage 2 clutch, short shifter, rims, exhaust, and of course my lucky racing charm michael the parrot. and of course the "viper" alarm system. tinted windows, and i ordered a k n n airl filter. didnt get it yet used ups. i love her. more mods to come. nothing ricey though. sadly the engine is a 7afe still quick imo.




michael the parrot chillin with exhaust. the bumper makes me sad with all those scratches.


yum yum rims. thats one rimjob i like. keke get it?


ima get angel eyes soon. i love them.


thats the engine. the only thing i was able to do was get the splitters so my lights dont go dim when i turn up the bass.


well i only had the car for a week. what you guys think?

IIRC the 7afe is the engine - its still an "ST" just with some more options (not sure exactly what those are either).

IMO that is a nice car! Don't let the bumper bring you down either - thats an easy fix for such a nice ride! Good score!

ok the pinstipe thing make me wonder cause i have a st with them and all the badging is removed b4 i got it except the celica and toyota, so did they come in hatches to or do i just got a st with alot of options

well there needs to be more info on this cause since i found this i cant really find anything on them so if its just a pinstripe i could say i have a stx too but theres gotta be more than just a pinstripe but in the sake of being called a lair ill keep callin it a st lol
