Why don't you get your USDM ones bodied to get the original side marker hole covered and then make the new holes for the JDM side marker location. They are the same fenders, side markers are just in different location.

I would still have to replace the driverside fender - its in bad shape.

just buy them new from a dealer for about $200 a side.
if you were to find some on ebay (usually damaged/dented) or from overseas (shipping will kill you) it will cost about the same for something inferior than new.
