just changed auto tranny - 6G Celicas Forums

and i got a couple of questions.

is it normal to hear a clunk in the driver side?? it happens during gear changes and ect.

and 2nd of all the previous transmission shifted at the redline, this one shifts at 5200 rpm's is that normal??

its the a140

did you add tranny fluid?

I've got a stock tranny.

Clunk? no, this is not normal.

Auto does indeed shift at 5200-5400. It does not redline.
