Just bought a GT4 hood but it doesn't quite fit properly in the centre. The hood bulges where as my GT bumper is flat leaving a 1.5 inch gap between the bumper and hood edge - however above the headlights the hood is flush!
Is there a fix for this or do I need to get a GT4 bumper? Not a bad thing as I was going to do it anyway and then get a lip for it.
ta!
yes you would need a GT-Four bumper to match the bulge.

haha...thats funny...yeah man sorry if you got the GT4 hood you need the GT4 bumper.
some people like the bulge. (ie death) it's kinda like a hood scoop

you could either modify your bumper or hood, get a gt4 bumper, or just leave the gap.
Call me a traitor! See if I care. ;)
How much did it set you back?
Sorry, no animated sigs allowed.
If you do not like the gap I have seen 3 solutions so far:
- just buying GT-four bumper (OEM or any aftermarket)
- modify hood (yes I really have seen it on some Russian forum)
- modify bumper (my way

No more replicas... This is evolution... This isSS-four:)________[Featured Celica of 6gc.net @ 2010]_________
Where can you find aftermarket GT4 bumpers?
IIRC, the st205 bumper is the only one to fit the GT4 hood w/o modification.

These guys sell the original bodykits so its almost 1k just for the front bumper, oh and ST205 is for the gt4 bumpers.
