bump, please i would like it gone, if nothin works out then partout is the next opition
Why are you selling it? people are normally gonna ask that question.
i am buying a newer car for MI winters, plus i don't have time for it too much anymore, it was my DD, but i really don't want to go through another winter, i really would like it gone, i have spent 2k in maintaince/parts in it alone

If you're considering buying, search past posts to get a better idea of what you're buying.

What he said...
By the way, have you fixed the leaking tranny and the throttle hesitation?
Any other problems you might be willing to divulge?
I'm asking because I may be interested in taking it off your hands...

Also, you haven't shown any detailed pics of the rust. That could help.

The throttle hesitatin was the mech. timing, which i am doing this sat, alone with new timing belt/tensior and all the good stuff. I have replaced every sensor i believe was made for this motor, lol. also i dunno y i made sure i didn't overfill the trans, and i have a brand new copper crush washer so i haven't seen it leak yet, but i dunno. I really don't know how much my car will go for. But after this timing belt the engine itself is running amazing.

Rust is minmal, its at the bottom is the door on the drivers side. u can only see it when the door is open and u have to get on the ground

Is the rust on the door itself? or the chassis under the door?
the door itself, on the very bottom, no rust on the chassis

well yeah. i've searched all his posts and that's why im kinda feeling sketchy about it. if he does do the work this weekend, save your reciepts bro.

and please do post pics of the rusts and pics around the chasis! people are going to keep asking. this is one of the reasons why it's not sold yet. people aren't willing to waste a travel for nothing. i've emailed you about it and never got anything back. the pictures on your cardomain just shows the car from a distance and nothing more that we can see. if you want more interest, you've got to listen to people and post what they want to see. not bashing, just my opinion.

When people buy a swapped car they like to see pictures of the engine bay as well...

cool nice job with the pics....
still haven't really seen a good pic of the rust though...
i gonna work on that tommorow, the rust is so small though, its on the very bottom of the door on the inner part of it.
This car looks to be in great shape. Anyone expecting perfection for 5k is crazy.
Every swapped car has its share of issues that need to be worked out. I wouldn't hold that stuff against it.

Just because its going for 5k doesn't mean he is exempt from posting detailed info about any issues he might have. Nowhere in his first post did he provide information of this sort. I don't think anyone holds anything against the situation as long as he is clear with people.

That said, GL with the sale. I do agree that the car looks pretty clean.

I will be very clear with people, this car will have no issue's after i do the timing belt. I have spent so much money to replace parts on it to make it run perfect up to date, and then to find out that my mech. timing is off. I have daily drove this car for almost a year now, through the winter, and never has it stopped me from getting somewhere. As far as engine goes its solid. The transmission is where i wanted to upgrade to get a camry tranny(as seen in my other posts). I am looking to sell this car for a couple reasons. The time from when i purchased this car till now. I have spent most of my bank in it to make it perfect running for myself to enjoy and use a a daily driver, but as now I don't have any more money to put into this car in the future, and it has to go elsewhere. Also if 5k for a well running 3s swap is kinda low, well sry i didn't know the value of this car, but i posted on 6gc so another member could enjoy it as much as I did. I would like to sell it in order to purchase a newer car for MI winters cause i drive 50miles to school and back. I don't see it fair for this car to have to be used as a daily driver, especially through winter. I would like for someone to purchase the car as store it and use it as a weekend toy, but its up to them. Does that explain things better?
