My god this is horrible...it was 109 degrees today and the smoke from the fires is engulfing all of the valley...the air quality is unhealthy everywhere in northern cali...this is not good ..
anyone take any serious affect from this,like a house burning down??

It looks like a cloudy and foggy day, but its smoke. It sucks! i guess its time to to the beach and surf or something.....

Seriously though, If you walking around in ash and smoke, can't that have serious adverse effects on your health? Should you be wearing a mask or something? What does the state recommend as far as keeping yourself from suffocating in the smoke? And what are you CA guys doing to protect yourselfs from said harmful effects?
