i have a 94 gt coupe and i never saw a phone box under my pass. seat as far as the stock amp its under the a/c whats under ur driver seat i have no clue i didnt have either of thoes in mine.....take some pic.....is ur car auto?....mines standard

Do you have the eight speaker system? Three on the door and one in the back seat per side.
That's the factory amp for the subs in the door. The amp for the other speakers is below the headunit.
