Can someone please tell me what this is:



The two vacuum hose. Is that for the charcol canister? or is it important. Where does it go?



The tube that bends in a U shape. Has some coolant piping coming out of it?

Or is it a vacuum tube. It looks too big to be vacuum oriented though.

I believe the hoses in the first pic are for the EGR, not sure about the rest though.

Yea I think the first pic is for your EGR system. I don't have that on my jdm 3s.

first pic isfor the EGR system (you can delete those with two simple plates that ATSracing.net caries)

the second pic is for your water tap lines for the turbo cooling system. if your turbo is not water cooled, you can simply recirculate those lines

this is for your idle control and i think you'll find that the coolat pipes don't actually come out of it
