Has anybody's horn just stop working, i looked at the fuse i believe its a 7.5 a fuse, i pulled the relay out for the horn and im going to buy a new one at the local auto store, if its not the relay, would it be the horns themselves going bad?

test the horns, pull it out, run a wire straight to the battery and then one to a ground. Be careful it'll scare you.
I'm in the same boat as you, I just don't care as much to really work on it.

The most common part to fail is the clock-spring inside the steering column.
Like trdproven said test the horn itself first. But my money is on the spring being broken.
yep clock spring was my culprit, good thing i have a spare one to swap in this weekend
