Yes, it will work. You will just need an extra hose and something to tie in both of the hoses together. This is because the only real difference is that the hoses come out of the engine for the lower(i beleive lower) part of the radiator at opposite sides(i.e. 7afe uses the driver side and 5sfe uses the passenger side, or it might be the other way around I don't remember at the moment, but you get my point lol). I have the 7afe engine and use a 5sfe radiatior at the moment.
