No. That would be a 94-95.

96 has foglights

cant really show a pic since im at school and stuff are filtered and i cant see pics myself

Oh I see guys, does gt bumpers fit st? Or st bumpers fit st only? So hard to find wreck celica in Houston, they're Honda fanatics in here

No difference between gt and st bumpers.

Big difference (in terms of looks) between 94-95 and 96-99 bumpers, however you can put a 94-95 on a 96-99 car, and vice versa.
