Re-painted Rims again with 225's

As she sits 3+ years later with visible rust on driver side door and more (re-painting end of summer)

what kind of wierdo steals windshield wiper blades? Honnestly, they're like $10 for both (cheap-o' brand though... better than stealing some USED wiperblades, no offense)
