i'm fairly certain, but i got it so long ago that i dont remember even where i got it. Maybe i was going to do some project with it, but i can not remember at all. What does it look like to you guys?

That is DEFINITELY not a 5SFE valve cover! I've had mine off and painted it, so I am very certain.
It looks like a 3sfe valve cover, it works fine on a 5sfe but you need a longer pcv hose, no biggie.
