I decided to start a new topic for those of you need room for this huge meet in august. Juste to be sure about you guys want/need, and in order to guide you the most apropriate way possible.

So, let's start here, first thing first, what ALL of you looking for, try to get agree of what type of lodging you want, I'll make the calls on the related motels/hotels at the end of may, thread "closes" may 31st, next step, calls for pricing and hotel choice, and then, reservations.

Expect prices between 40$ to 130$ a stay for 2 standard double size bed with individual washrooms and cable tv's, extra not included (beakfast, queen size and so on...)

Why not share with Shanon, Bryan tells me you guys get along nicely and make a good couple haha jk--not like your wife would be jealous anyway.
I'm still not yet sure who to bring, and I have a couple friends who are going to be coming along. So for now, just a room for me, cheap. Doesn't matter. See if you can get a pamphlet thing or w/e from the hotel and just scan it listing out the services included for whichever price. Thanks!

Hehe, and for stephen_lee, this only makes it more of a reason that you should consider that "maybe" to a "for sure" to come to this meet for more fun and jokes. Heheh,

See Here, cauz I live about 200km from Sherbrooke. You can "see the ad" for more details and pics. I live about 200km from sherbrooke, so forget about collecting pamphlets

OK. just got my summer vaction comfirmed. Where have we decided to stay? Is there an "OFFICIAL" meet hotel/motel ior do we just book a room in Sherbrooke for the weekend? Are we going downtown or in the burbs? Need to know soon to make reservations.

Yeah right! I don't know what to think about all this, still don't know how many rooms to reserve. I started this topic to make it as clear as possible, and still in blur! I had in mind to collect all the infos for you guys and make reservations, but if you prefer to take care of this individually, I have no prob with that

In the burbs? You mean for the hotel? Or for the meet itself?
