New to Site and 1st Celica - 6G Celicas Forums

Topic #57647 12 posts Started by pongt17
Just wanted to say hello to everyone. I am new to the site. Joined last week, but didn't have time to look around. Anyway just bought my 1st Celica (95 ST). Been wanting one for a long while and found a pretty good deal, but need a few cosmetic repair. So I figure I check this site out to see if anyone is selling any parts for cheap or know where to buy some. :=)
I will try to take a picture of it when I get a chance.
Thanks

Welcome man. If you hang around the buying/selling forums with a nice pile of cash, you'll get some good parts cheap eventually ( I still am pumped about my projectors/highs and complete gt4 hood/bumper for $1000).

Great to have you aboard. Feel free to post any questions you have, and just ignore the jerks on here- we really (for the most part) are glad to help.

nice looking ride !! love the 2 post spoiler. paint looks really clean. if you're looking for info, tips and once in a while, a really good deal on parts, you're at the right place.
Thanks everyone. My Celica looks clean, but up close it needs a few minor repair. Both of the fenders have minor blemish (mainly the right side has a 6 inch crack (looks like it was repaired before). Also the right side headlight mounting bracket is broken so I am looking for that and found one on ebay. Other than that there are some rust starting to form around the windshield that is worrying me. I am looking around at some body shop to get a quote to have that repaired. Other than that the engine is in great shape. Very clean. So after I put in the money to have these few cosmetic repair done, I don't know if I will have any $ to modified it. :=)
