I was just curious, because I was planning on replacing a few internal parts, just to be safe.

Might I add the cosmetic head gasket will obviuosly not be used with my app.

I wouldn't worry about the oil pump, unless yours is specifically having problems, they VERY rarely go bad.

Why aren't you going to use the MHG?
And what's your "app" [other than stock 5SFE?].

you can get all that for $899?!?! I thought pistons alone for the 5sfe were like $600.

I dunno how much boost/horsepower 5sfe rods are good for, but since you have the engine taken apart, you might as well throw some in.

Thats what I was sayiing too. Hold on is the Cometic HG the same thing as a Metal HG? If so I wouldn't need to go out and buy the other HG then. But to be honest this deal looks good.
