you are in canada?

you want coilovers cause when it snows you want to go up.

plus you have adjustability which gives the possibility of achieving a more desired ride quality
yeah dude, springs are just going to give you like 1/2 inch anyway. coilcovers will get you DOWN there, lol.

*EDIT* or you could just bagg it biggrin.gif FTW!!

you get more bang for your buck with coilovers

but if you dont feel like spending 1000+ on coilovers
then you could get the common KYB Gr2 shock + lowering springs of your choice....H&R Tein...etc

I don't know if i want to drive the celly in the snow though, i have a winter beater for that, springs are def. cheaper, and my friend told me that that because the car already has 202xxx kms on it that the shocks would probably be **** now, so coilovers are probably better off

any suggestions for good coilovers?

rolleyes.gif springs can go lower than 1/2"....

GOOD coilovers are going to be

TEIN SS coilovers
Ground control coilover + Koni yellow shocks (GC makes just the sleeve + spring) <----best way to go
other members have been trying with good results the D2 branded coils as well
thanks alot for the feedback guys,
so Ground control coilovers and koni yellow shocks, or if anything else Tein SS coilovers how much would either choice be? (in CAD)

just run a search on google/yahoo for TEIN SS and you'll get thousands of vendors
normally they run about ~$1200 USD

on TIRERACK
Koni YELLOW FRONT = $177 USD EACH
KONI YELLOW REAR = $115 USD EACH

2 per required

GROUNDcontrol COILovers -$399 USD

^ you can also get shocks from them too, when ordering the coils you have to specify the spring rate (research required) if thats too complicated follow the instructions on teh page
