I think we should get some hotel information up for all the people coming from out of state. I'll see if I can get some group rates going.

Do you think we should call ahead and reserve seating for our large group ?

Its really a tough thing waiting till the last minute to find a hotel for an event like this. Maybe you can get lucky, someone will back out at the last minute. You can have their room.

100th car gets a free drink. I have a HD video camera that I could bring.

Don't forget the batteries. !!!!

I'm going to call fridays and see if they can close off the entire parking lot for us. This way hopefully everyone will have a parking spot.

Dang, I think I may make the 400 mile trip for this one! No need for a hotel for me...if we throw down a few rounds at the bar till last call, I can just drive back home no prob. I mean with this turnout, who needs Colt State Park? That was such a waste of my time this past September.
