well today was absoutly georgous out....so i decided to detail my car...cleaned everything out inside..vacumed, armoralled everything real nice....and give her a nice bath....im lovin this weather though and it puts me in the spring/summer mood....its like 50 degress out here and its great....im really lookin forward to summer caus i have ALOT of plans for this car....so take a good look at it now because by mid summer your not gonna recoginize it....anyway the reason i statred this thread was to see what you guys have planned for this summer.....heres some pics of the celi today...enjoy

i'm hoping to either put Teins/KYB struts or splitters on by summer.

Lets see by mid summer i should have my 3s swap underway if not done, and i should at least have my subs and amps wired and fiberglassed in my trunk, i might even have my 6, 4 tweed set up in the doors by then also:)

Next summer will be all exterior work and paint:)

Im planning on finishing lowering my car. I got the front struts for the gt which wont fit my car. Then comes tint. Then im gonna repaint my rims. (Im getting sick of gold)

And if all goes well there should be a 20 valve blacktop in there too.

Well, I'll be installing my ebay headers w/ the DEI headerwrap pretty soon, but i'll be installing by spring/summer
1. my tein springs and KYB gr2's
2. install and paint my cooling panel from vincent_doggy
3. cf wrap the centre section of my trd wing (not replica)
4. install my gt4 hood & bumper w/ fogs after i get the missing pieces
5. install the rain deflector from 97lestyousay for gt4 hood
6. throw on my jdm st202 "CELICA" door sills
7. contemplate goin back to stock dash or get the CF dash trim kit (taking off my yellow)
8. take out my racing seats and get a set of sparco's or stock

last but not least: REPAINT ENTIRE CAR TO A GUNMETAL GREY!

Sweet ride. I especially like the blue color with the black accents and rims. She is gorgeous. My convertible (I am well aware of the fast-approaching fair weather) is a really nice hunter green, but I am seriously considering a new blue paint job.

yea...i mean the paint is pretty good on it...but its got a couple little dents/nicks here and there...and after i drop the 3s in i want the car in almost perfect shape...so ill be working in a body shop again for the summer so i think im gonna repaint it...i might chage the bottom stripe to just straight blue or i might leave it...it all depends on how it looks with the gold rims im gettin...im goin more for the subi look but with gold/blue/black....so we'll see...but i want the paint a 2 stage(as in basecoat, clear coat) because when it was spraed the first time it was just single stage where the clear is mixed in with the paint...it looks good but i want to be able to buff it really well when it gets painted the second time....but it breaks the car up too so we'll see...i was also thinkin about goin with the scion look where my whole roof is black and a CF hatch and the rest is blue w/gold rims....that would look really good! lol

Sounds like a good plan you got there.. On mine I'm planning to get a new audio system... shopping around right now. As for anything else I'll probably be working on detailing the exterior, interior and engine bay. My engine bay is pretty clean but could use a little touch up here and there. I want to try to keep it as clean as possible.
The exterior of my car is pretty immaculate right now other than the paint on the factory 3 post spoiler I have is sort of losing its shine. Im gonna see if a good wash and wax will bring the shine back. If not then I will probably be getting a new paint job. That blue is a nice color... but I'm sorta of stuck on whether or not I should just keep my baby red. Oh well anyways..

Right now I'm waiting for my friend to hook me up with JDM Door Sills, JDM OEM Projector Headlights Set, JDM Silver Center Dash Console, JDM Kouki Tail Lights Lamps, JDM SSIII OEM Wing Spoiler.

re-install styro bumper inserts f / b
properly mount skirts
fix wobbly wing
repair/replace undercarriage trays
replace licence plate light lenses + bulbs
replace emblems f / b
remount dragons + cursives l / r
install sub + amp
replace instrument cluster lamps with blue POLARG
remove clock

hopefully done by august 1st !!!
