It's a newer Camry 5S manifold, so stock reliability along with added performance.
I've never used one [don't have a 5S
], but from what I've read it's a decent bump in power.
Cat is cut off, still has the bung for an O2 sensor.
You will obviously need to weld a flange and possibly piping to it.
