you can buy it from your local dealer for about $65. Look for the part # in the exterior JDM part # sticky and order one either from an online dealer (toyotaworld) or call your local dealer.

Toyota prices never cease to amase me, some parts are extortionate and other parts seem very reasonable.
$65 for the bar seems very reasonable to me.
