this is just a guess but this is what i think they stand for

st-standard
gt-gran turismo
gt-gran turismo sport

if anyone else knows for sure let post it up

I've always heard ST's refered to as "Slow Turds" but somehow I doubt that's what Toyota meant by it
I think ST means Standard Trim
GT def means Gran Tourismo or Grand Touring in Eng.
GT-S ?
