i know there are a few people from PA that are going to the East Coast meet. I was hoping to organize a convoy of some sort. i have a couple people coming with me.

well i know pitt, you are coming from the Pittsburgh area. and jason you are closer to me. Pittfirefighter, what route are you taking to get to the meet. i know it will be out of your way to travel south of philly. or we could meet on 95 somewhere

i'll probably be coming from the greensburg/ new stanton area if i pick up my 3sgte to take to the meet... it all depends on if its up and running by then... fingers crossed... just let me know where you want to meet... doesn't really matter to me... its a long enough drive as it is... an extra hour isn't going to make any difference haha

This guy drove like 100K miles in his Celi last year lol, so this is no big drive for Jason. Plus, Jason respects me for driving all the way to Massachusetts for the CSP meet. Damn I am getting lucky that this is in Va Beach. I only have to drive like 15 miles to get there.

well i know from new stanton to the area where most of us reside is a 3 1/2 hour trip
i go to cal so the drive is pretty simple, turnpike, then get off and u are pretty much right in the area where we would meet. i will have to think of a specific area

well from new stanton to VA beach is 6 1/2 hours. from lancaster which is the gen. area where we would meet is about 5 1/2 hours from VA beach. so your overall trip would be about 8 1/2 - 9 hours...if you would meet up with us

this is weird...same as me..i have a purple coupe at school...when i went home over break i was drivin down my street and i saw a yellow one..so i followed him for a little while caus i was bored, turned around and as im pulling back into my drive way another black hatch goes past...pretty weird....but ANYWAY if we were to meet up i think it would be easier for everyone to meet at a spot along 95 on the way down there at like a specific time..instead of everyone driving to meet up because for some people it might be out of the way...if we were all on our way down and just pulled into a rest area on 95 i think it would be easier that way...just my .02

i think if we plan on meeting somewhere around the philly airport... like on a ramp just off 95, that way its somewhat easy to get to, and ive done the whole waiting thing before with a lot of other people waiting for flights. or we should aim to meet up at some restaraunt, n all get some grub, pee n whatnot then head out as a group.

sounds good, so we can all meet up in philly first, then go to va. we need to get a time where we are all going to meet so people will be somewhat on time...

damn u arent that far from me! im in downingtown, coatsville area, look at the Official East Coast Celica meet thread. we are expecting around 25+, its june 27th-29th, but again the thread has more details

there will prolly be more the 25 people there with just celica's...but all together theres gonna be a lot...i know a couple people are comming with me that dont drive celicas...so it should be a pretty big meet in general....as for the meet in philly to cuise down that def. sounds like a good plan...that way we are all together...im tryin to think of a good restraunt to meet up at..there really isnt much on 95 past the philly international...theres a million on northeast philly if you's wanna do that....a couple good ones that i know of right off of the 95 exit...the dineing car on frankford ave would work if yous are interested?...when you come off the ramp you make a laft and take it down like 2 blocks and its on your right...and it'd be very simple to get back onto 95 from there....if yous want directions from where ever you are comming from i can give them to you...just let me know

if your new to the site, and you are not sure about going, i highly recommend that you do. you will definitely like your car alot more, plus it is a very good group of people. a 6 hour drive isint that far, especially if the usual radio chatter is going on. your on the way for me, and right around tiga, so if you needed some help thats not a problem. i have nav, and its a straight drive.
