Can you not get leather seats in a tC?.. I mean really, carbon fiber dash appliques..illuminated door sills..other useless ****...and no leather seats? I was just pricing one out, and at 23.5k, I get everything I want...without leather seats. And whats the no haggle/no hassle BS. its only no hassle for the salesman lol. trust me, saving 2-2.5k isnt a hassle.. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to start searching for something a little more consumer-feedback driven.

PS mad props to scion for offering a limited slip diff, and .. even at $1,500.

leather can be added by just about any dealer, usually runs around 1200.

I feel like a dope, haha. Thanks for the info man. I was just thrown off by their state-of-the-art in car 360* view of options and noticed the seats were cloth.

23.5K is a rip off considering you can get a wrx for around the same price....or a 350z for about 3-4k more

plus insurance on the Z is twice that of a scion

The Scion TCs' do look nice

For 23K I hope you're getting the TRD Supercharger. And yes... they are nice cars. I test drove a buddies S/C'ed TC and thought it was quite sluggish... but I also hear the TRD tune for that kit sucks ass. Piggyback it and dyno tune for MAX potential.

you can get a leather option with is just and aftermarket slip cover that fits like a glove. but you can't get it if you have side impact air bags.. I know this first hand.

I test drove a friend's tC a few weeks back and have decided that if ever I get an actual NEW car that I'd have to finance and what-not, it's gonna be the tC. I absolutely love that car!

not trying to be mean here but i just can understand the fascination with that car.

why did they put the camry engine when they could of put the celica engine....the suspension is too soft...torque steering is ok-badish

the new taillights scream rice...i dunno man toyota is trying to hard to fit in

yea... im with everyone who loves tc's but hates that they cant get outta their own way for being a "sporty car" compared to whats out there i dont think they competative cars as far as size, refinement, and an overall fun to drive car. but they do look great and i imagine being left NA they great reliable cars. persoanlly i would nto get a new tc due to the fact that i feel they are overpriced for what they are, id go for one off a 1 or 2 year lease and let the previous owner of paid the depreciation
