it started with my efi relay going then my fuel pump relay, now my 7.5amp (the one that controls the needle lights and lights on the auto shift do hicky) fuse keep blowing. ive changed it 2 times already and within driving my car a few minutes it blows.

So the 7.5A panel fuse is blowing. Is there any after market devices installed on that circuit (gauges, head unit, alarm system, etc...)? If it doesn't blow right away, it's not a short. Your rheostat could be defective too. You may also have a broken/damaged wire thats exposed and causing a short when driving due to vibrations/movement.

i have an alarm, overlay but they arent on that wire or fuse
This circuit is very spread out and runs through all of the dash and console. I would look at any non-oem device first then move on to the small bits. In your profile I read you have LED climate control, that is something else that could potentially cause a problem. Any other tap for back lighting too. Other than that, if the circuit remained untouched, there is: ashtray, cig lighter, gauge cluster, hazard switch, shifter, glove box, rheostat and all the points in between.
Hopefully this isn't too hard to find.

o ya i dont have the blue leds anymore, red 194s now...i got no panel lights, climate lights, shifter lights, or heater...what does the link to these look like?
sounds like K-esd is correct. Either something you've installed is tapping power from that sourse and drawing too much power for that fuse or there is a short (exposed + wire hitting soehting - ).
check all the connections of all the electronic stuff you've installed recently first.

my st205 swapandour Beams swap
took turbo timer out, checked everything i can see and nothing still..i have no power to cig lighter, guage cluster lights, no overlay power...ughhh
Did you ever get this fixed Jeff?
Jeff's solution:
I'd stare at wiring diagrams and see if any of these 3 things that have gone bad have anything in common. do they get power or ground from the same source? that sort of thing. it sounds like a power wire getting shorted to ground as Dustin said, an exposed wire that keeps hitting something.
