how do i go upon removing it?and im not quite sure its that... i tried the horn itself from my other car and no noises and then vise versa... on my car the celi didnt work on other it did.... fuses are fine, cable that connects in the steering wheel is fine. I dont know what else I can test...its either wiring or the relay...
use a volt meter at horn end and get a mate to press horn see if power to source no power its relay but i think its your horn it also could be a bad earth check from horn to chassis making a good connection
well at one point it was making power... it was making like a shock... but then it stopped... wheres the ground to the horn?
The fuse box under the hood usually has a couple extra fuses in the cover. If not you should put some in there. I think the ground for the horn is where it's bolted to the body.

based on the diagram, it is in the steering wheel. when you push on your horn, it grounds the connection (completes the circuit). maybe it got disconnected somehow.. you should check that first.

you are correct, and that is connected, that was the first thing that I checked as I had a similar problem and that was the cause... and this is where it was sparking, not anymore though
