Hey guys, I've never really known what I would want to do, but I have always thought that I would really like a Radio DJ job.
How would I get into this business?
Does anyone else here have any experience with this?

My cousin has been doing it for a while. Seems like he is getting tired of it, mostly tired from doing all night remotes and stuff. It does have its plus sides.

I believe you would get started by taking communications classes in college and then try for an internship at a radio station.

you can take all the comm classes u need to take and do all the internships you need to do but if you dont have a radio voice, you wont go anywhere.

yeah i wonder if i do... people say I give good speeches and stuff in school, but its differnet on the radio

i've got a buddy that is a dj out here. he's been doing it for a while now. i think he started out in florida and did there for several years but he just recently moved back out here. it's so much fun to go hang out at the station and listen to him ignore song requests over and over again LOL
