i hate people that have system. They always set off my car alarm, forcing me to turn down the sensitivity.

Why do you need so much power? It gets to the point where you no longer hear it.

and i thought mine was bad.....lol

all those parts have to be old and wore out to be vibrating THAT much, I mean the windshield on the celica vibrates on mine, but my fabric doesnt jump.

The reason people want soundsystems that loud is because they compete for money.. and good money at that. Ive been looking into it as I may join the competition next year

the biggest competition they got is the db drag racing which is pretty tite. this guys shiite needs to be reinforced with somethin or, lol, hes pretty big so he can just sit on the car to help keep the vibration down lol.

sound competitions are also quality, everything is soundproofed and weighed down if its for a high db competition he definitly would have it soundproofed since you loose so much by not having it.. and if you are looking into competing get ready with $ or talking to lots of sponsors

he probably runs his car in a nopi sound off competition. they have specially designed cars with kevlar things. I seen one on tv that you need to bolt the door on.

If he's running competitions, he will probably just be "burping" his bass, aka, running his best frequency for about 1 second to score the highest spl he can.

I could make my old car's windows flex and the windshield wipers would dance quite wildly on the front and back as well. I ran competitions and would never run my stereo that loud otherwise. I also got a kick out of setting off my co-workers car alarms in the parking lot if I saw him just get out of his car laugh.gif

My system makes my spoiler visibly vibrate and bounces both front and back wiper blades and its just two 12's and a 1000 watt amp... no metal buckling tho lol

my system buckled my trunk lid =) but thats craaaazy i dont turn mine up loud anymore, instead i keep it at a comfortable level and let it bump a little bit ;-)

I hope his car is ready for that. You don't have a system like that and keep your car stocked. You'll need to enforce a lot of crap..hope he did that..if not..that car is f***ed...

I bet it looks good at sound competitions though..way to loud and much for me..I got 2 boston accoustic G2 10" subs, and a 900 watt amp..and that is a bit to much for me..

Im no new york yankee, Im not even american, and I was raised on a farm too... i never said that EVERY FARMER IS A LAZY **** and i wprked my ass off for every single thing i own.
