As the the tittle says im in my final stage of my 3s swap..I got a complete W2A but Im not sure how to mount the parts as i've never seen them in a car b4...can anyone post some pics, I just wanna see where/how the radiator, the pump and the charge cooler are mounted..I know I'll have to modify them to fit. Thanks in advance.

If you take the bracket off the water pump, you will see where there are holes already tapped for the bolts on the chassis underneath the battery tray.

Its very straightfoward once you eye up the bracket against the body of the car. Just temporarily unbolt the one bolt holding the coolant overflow resivoir and move it out of the way for more room to work and mount the bracket using four spare 10mm bolts. Then you can mount the pump onto the bracket using 3 nuts and bolts with washers and you are good to go.


For the heat exchanger, the bottom mounting bracket holes on the heat exchanger will line up with two holes on the chassis of the car that have little plastic covers on them. Pop out the plastic covers and clean up the threads good with some PB Blaster and steel wool. I made some metal tabs for the top two mounting brackets on the heat exchanger so that the whole thing was nice and secure to the body of the car.


The chargecooler will slide right into place with the correct coupler on the throttle body and turbo. You might have to get some long 12mm bolts to match those of the GT-Four so that you can bolt down the intercooler to the threaded holes provided.


Plenty of 1" diameter heater hose for the water connnections and you'll be set. Let me know if you need help figuring out where to connect the hoses, I can help you with pictures and details.
