Celica 1994 GTS with St185RC stock engine and stock intercooler, 3 inches catback exhaust.

my car hesitate a little when running low rpm in city and highway, its pulling 8psi, and i monitored the tvsv
to find out that this is ok. I modified the boost by pulling the hose out, boost back to 13 psi. The problem is that
the car hesitate again, sometimes like 0,1 sec cut. What is that problem: Couldnt be the knock sensor because my tvsv was still activating and the car was not running in low boost mode(but pulling only 8 psi anyway...another problem)

Could it be the MAF ??
