97 ST Rear Brakes Help! - 6G Celicas Forums
If you pop your hood you will find that down by the passenger headlights there is a box with a bunch of steel lines running to it. The lines will run across the firewall and to this box. If you have this, then you have ABS. If there is no box and no lines, then you do not have ABS.

I have the box, but I don't have ABS, if you open the box you'll see that is just holding 2 realys instead of 4. I think the box holds the fan relays, and has 2 empty spaces for where the ABS relays should be.

I think culpable is referring to the wrong box.(he's thinking plastic relay box, all celicas have this)
you don't have ABS.
ABC will be about a 4x4x2 metal box with several brake lines coming out of it, mounted to your left (passenger) frame rail right in front of the motor mount/or on top of?.

sweet....so all i really need is GT rear brakes non abs...
