calling all kyb-gr2/tein spring owners - 6G Celicas Forums

Topic #50066 4 posts Started by cjh4l22
so i have a '95 st w/lots o' miles. lol probably getting the kyb gr2 struts/shocks and pairing them w/the tein s-tech lowering springs. Can anyone tell me what they think of this setup and what else i might replace while i'm taking it all apart..? i plan on doing it about the same time i get the calipers replaced and the new brake pads on.. but not during anything else major. Who's got 2cents worth of info out there??

edit: oh, and right now i'm just riding on the factory option BBS 15" wheels. k thanks.

thats a really good clean start, that will yield a pretty nice result in terms of comfort and increased handling.

things that i would replace @ the same time of doing that will be the sway bar endlinks.

other than that i see no real other item that would be something of importance, just check around in there (ball joint, CV joint/boot, wheel bearings) to make sure they are all in good shape!
cool thanks alot playr for the info!

i say if you lower your car, get 17"s with 225/45/17 tires and its all smooth
