dropzone coils - 6G Celicas Forums

Well im looking into getting some coilovers for my ST and saw a set of dropzones for pretty cheap ...have alright ratings i guess.... are they worth the money or should i look into different brands?

i have dropzone springs and i like them. to each there own, if the price is right then you can't go wrong.

dropzone coilovers are the worst...cheap...but you get what you pay for...they messed up my KYB shocks...i ended up replacing them and getting KONI shocks with Ground Control coilovers
used to have dropzones....they are good if you want a lowrider! Go with H&R much better quality and ride!

Adjustable sleeved springs are not coilovers. Coilovers have a adj spring and usally a adj shock assmebled together. These are the hard add $800+ coilovers.

So If you're trying to mate your "coilovers" to your stock/aftermarket strut assmebly, you're simply added a ride height adjustable spring and preach. These usually result in poor handling unless bought and customized from a serious company like Ground Control.
