Thanks guys,
The hair dryer worked. It was my right high beam not low. The bracket for my low beam is busted and was epoxied or bonded so it would stay in place when I bought the car. Now the bond busted again so I'm taking the low beam assembly off my 99 to replace it. Do you have any recommendations on how best to replace that light assembly. It looks like I'm not gonna have to take the bumper off. Suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
