nice....2 members in the ER this week. I had to go to the ER on saturday night at about 1AM cuz i couldnt breath *mix of ashma and alergies*, was there untill 3am or so, had to have a mask on for about half an hour. And i had to get the paramedics come to my house at 11:45 3 days ago for the same reason...choking coughing, and just about passing out because you cant breath is fun.

Thats sucks though man, i wanna see pics of the damage..lol. Just remember, chicks dig scars, and if they dont, they will feel bad for you hurtin your self..lol
you fell in a supermarket? dood... get your ass to a lawyer asap.

I work in a grocery store... I don't find that funny.

most grocery stores now have cameras on every aisle, not for security reasons, but so that people don't sue them for hurting themselves (or pretending to hurt themselves)

anyway, do you work at the supermarket? they usually don't wax the floor until like midnight or later... after the store is closed.

its not meant as a joke, and i dont think itchy finds it funny that he has 11 stitches because the store didnt wait for the wax to dry. he has every right to sue for his medical bills as well as the time he will probably loose from work over this. this is a totally legit case.

eh your right it would be legit if that were the case. but its 100% my fault why i have the stitches. lol. penguin sliding across the freshly waxed floor seemed like a good idea at the time... afterwards not so much. biggrin.gif

^ Nope just shopping for potatoes and starter fluid. saw a nice clean isle with a nice clean refection of the lights above. and dove. to my chins death.

the skin just split open, its about an inch long and i could have easly fit a dime or penny in the hole it left. it looks great now all stitched up. should heal good. it was a good wake up call the i'm not indestructible lol.

um... its the stores responsibility to keep the floors safe to walk on. same as it is for them to make sure the light fixtures dont fall on your head when you are doing your shopping.

however, after hearing itchys fully story... he has no case. thats all his fault for trying to penguin slide across it.

seriously, what time of the night were you shopping for potatoes and starter fluid? they usually wax the floor at like 2 am! and, if, for some crazy reason, they waxed it during the day, they would have "caution" cones all over the place.

I imagine your situation on a local supermarket, and you'd be well known by now, lol

for some odd reason, the hottest girls in town spend a lot of time at the supermarket and they don't miss a thing, seriously, so with the help of camera phones they would have posted several pics of you faster than you'd have stand back up.

lol

took me a while to understand why my cousin dress up when he goes for groceries lol
^ That is hillarious, dude. laugh.gif

Lucky, 2-3 inches up and that would have been your teeth.
