Hey guys just wanted to know from people who have had headers (Extractors in the wonderful land of Aus) and a high flow cat what sort of power gains they got from it. Ive got a 5sfe. Only current mods is a pod filter and a cat back exhaust. I also hear it can improve fuel efficieny? Any feed back would be nifty! thanks guys n girls

5-10hp more, prob lose fuel efficiency due to header

my mileage remains the same after an ebay header, possibly all the things ive done have yeilded slightly better mileage.

i was always under the impression that exhaust mods didnt yield power gains, i guess with your intake you would gain a few numbers but dont expect to feel anything, but it will sound hella cool
