I remember someone once saying that my option was basically just to get JDM tails off of a Curren (Since i have a coupe). So, will Curren tails fit on the coupe? How much could i get a set of used ones for? And new? Does anyone know if that Guy Digitalroo could get them for me? And lastly.... Any pics?

Someone on here already has the Curren tails on his coupe. He wouldn't give anyone the part number, though. They're basically like ours but with clear instead of orange on them.

Yeah, that Digital Roo guy can probably get them for you. However...he seems to have his site down at the moment. Anyhow. You could always check on eBay (which I doubt they'll have them). Another chance is to contact ToySport. I didn't see them in their catalog, but they most definitely seem to have Japan connections. You could try and do a deal with them for the Curren tail-lights.

I searched on Yahoo! and found this, although it won't give you any help, its quite funny. It seems Super has tried to find them as well. >>

roo can get them, but last time I checked he needed the part number to look up the price. then again if we had the part number we could probably order them from any toyota dealer so >>

yea im waiting for someone to post the part numbers for the 96+ curren taillights so i can order from my Toyota dealer O_O someone share the info

Yeah yeah yeah, im the jerk. That other guy who actually has a Curren will post the #'s and so everyone can be happy.

All i wanted was to keep the mystique about the curren tails. There are certain things in this world that should be kept a secret, sorry if thats hard to understand.

yea those r some nice ass rims! a lot of JDM rims l;ook like that, so ur gonna have to import them, nothin comes close except for those "morphix" rims, of course you could just get pretty much any rims and have them painted/powdercoated. that would prolly end up cheaper than importing rims. but nonethe less those are some nice JDM rims. curren tails are sweet too... but i have a hatch! lol

Currens from 94-96 had the same tail lights as USA cars (just like 94-96 Celicas have the same lights, cept for the sidemarkers)
the JDM tails that people want for their Celica coupe/hatch, only come on 96+ Currens and Celicas ;-)

There is a little amber there, but it's mostly because the bulb in the housing is amber.
