I descided that today I was going to replace the rotor on my front drivers side so see if it would get rid of the evil noise that the car has had for year. So i get down to the rotor and It seems impossible to get that thing off.
I sprayed the back of it with some wd40 *making sure it dosent get on any boots cause it will eat em*
and i used a hammmer and some wood, i was pounding on it for an hour, and still no dice.
Anyone got any tricks?
I already put it all back on, i didnt find what looked to be a peace of sandpaper that was rubbing on the side of the rotor, but when i put it all back together it was still makin the noise
. kinda sounds like if you put a some sand in a bottle and slowly rotated it, Its hard to explain
Also i was wondering if i needed to replace my pads, they looked liek they still had a good quarter of an inch on em, there wagners that i got a year ago.
