The KYB's are inserts only. I just changed my suspension so i am also selling the stock front and rear shocks/struts/springs, it's from a GT.

Also I am selling the stock high beam headlights, the driverside has some rust stains inside but in working condition, no cracks or scratches.

Last is the 4-1 header I got from ebay, never got to install it because I had issues with fitting it. I contacted the seller and he said that he sold the same header with other buyers and I was the only one who had problems. I just thought of selling the header, it might work for you.

No, they are brand new. KYB Part # 365092 both left and right. They retail around $50-60 each, I'll sell the pair $80.00 shipped.
