How do i cut those little rubber and where to i place them?thanks.

You don't touch those, but you need to cut the bump stop that's around the struts' cylinder. Instruction should be in the Tein box!

You should have me lower your car, ive done, mine and joe's. plus im cheap!
The rubber pieces are there to help reduce squeaking from the springs when they compress in bumps/dips.
