the two plugs i dont know where it goes anymore?

the throttle cable where do i mount it at?

Seems as though your missing the mount that goes on the throttle cable. Might wanna check the Alltrac forums for that part.

Those 2 vacuum hoses look like they should go to the charcoal cannister, but its been awhile since I messed around with them.

nice 3rd gen!

the black plug on the right goes to your coil. the vac lines go to your ac idle up stuff. you can put a vac cap over them . your also missing the throttle bracket, factory catch can, as well as your coil, from what i can see. you might also want to clean all the rust off that igniter bracket or get a new one, because your car might not run if that bracket is not bolted to a good ground, or has that much rust on it.
