Spyker C8 Spyder - 6G Celicas Forums

So I was out today shopping and when I came back to my car I saw the most amazing car parked right next to mine, it was Spyker C8 Spyder. I wish I had my camera with me because it would have been such an amazing picture.

Anyways, I found a picture of the car on the net and the website.

Anyways, I thought I knew most cars out there and I have never heard of this company before.

Just was wondering if any of you have heard of them or seen their cars? It was quite an amazing experience seeing this car. The one I saw was black and had New York plates.

yes, iv seen it on TOPGEAR, its was the WORST performance car ive ever seen...LOADS of understeer.

i believe I saw one of those at the Dallas Auto Show this year. Had a large crowd around it the whole time.

there are a few here in miam fl... i saw a dark red one a few days back in traffic, the car is a piece of rolling art!!! i dont know much about ther perfomance thoe, but deff a a good lookin car!!!

It was actually shown in the movie "Pink Panther"
and its my background at work...pretty nice lookin car, defenitly different

i just watch the top gear clip. They tweaked the car to get rid of the understeer.


I would not buy this car. The interior is to un-man-ly. If i buy a supercar i would need more carbon fiber and brushed aluminum, not polish aluminum.

Fantastic looking car, very few are made. Don't know about the handling though.

Spyker does have some difficulties these days with suppliers and depts, they only managed to produce 13 cars inQ1 of this year...

I saw two at a dealership. One had the tan iinterior and the other had a burgundy wine leather interior
that looked awesome.

IMO the rear end is nothing special, but the rest of the car is...unique. IIRC Paris Hilton was doing something in one of these, something to do with the amazing race...
