like when i go over them with the front its ok but when the back goes over the whole car just bounces.

I went through the same experience when I had my stock suspension. When I put on the coilovers, the ride turned bouncy and annoying and dangerous all the time. Right now my car's in the garage for the winter while I work on some stuff on it, and I plan to put on some kyb gr-2 struts and Eibach or Intrax springs before I start driving it again.

is this just with your stock suspension or do you have coilovers, if u do, what kind of coilovers?

i have stock suspension, hoping to get some shocks and sprins/coilovers in the spring.
