There are thousands of bolts on your car. Which one are you talking about?
sorry i was in a rush for work, its the one for the tire to get the tire off, i can get the other 4 off but the 1 bolt has the special cutout where you need the special bolt....im tryin to paint my calipers blue but i realized i couldnt find by bolt thing, so i had to halt the project frown.gif
It's called wheel lock.
You will need a specific key to remove it.
The key is similar to a socket with special pattern that matches the wheel lock.
You slip it over the wheel lock, then turn it with a lug nut wrench.
They are all different by the way.

yeah. I had those on my car. while trying to remove a couple of them, I stripped a couple. what a pain to get off! if you just need them off, go out and buy 4 19mm 12-point deep sockets. not your nice sockets you already have, go out and buy cheap ones! what you'll need to do is, using a dremel or a hammer and chisel (a combination of the two works well) cut/chip a corner of the wheel lock off, now take one of the sockets and take a hammer and wack it onto the wheel lock until it's on there pretty far, it doesn't really want to go on unless you have a piece chipped off.. now you can take a ratchet, stick it in the socket, and it should be able to turn the lock off.

dremel blades - $5
cheap sockets - $28 ($7ish each)
4 new lug nuts from toyota - $25 (universal ones didn't fit for me)

probably cheaper to just get a new key.

Man 6strings - talk about doing something the hard way LOL. Just take it to NTB or discount tire [or whatever your local chain tire store is] and they will remove them for around $8 each. Then get you some more with a key because if you have nice rims they are a must. If you don't and plan to get some - don't worry about it. Most rim shops will through them in as a deal sweetner if you know how to deal.

I called a bunch of tire places and they all said that they couldn't/wouldn't get them off. I plan on getting some locks again when I go to some better wheels. I just have to make sure that they always get torqued properly and not put on with an air impact so that they are so freakishly tight that I just strip the heads of them when I try to get them off. rolleyes.gif

find a shady little tire/rim place near you and ask them. I have a guy on the east side that hooked me up. He also just gave me a set of 20 locks when I had him mount and balance the rims Jaws sold me.
20 locks? One for each lug? or did you mean 1 for each wheel and the rest were undersized lugnuts for aftermarket rims?
