Ok guys here is the deal,

Sometimes when shifting from first to second or second to third,
(these are the only gears that this happens) it makes a weird
grind noise, like the clutch did not engage. It does this when i
1) shift to fast 2) mornings on cold start (this is sparse but i did
notice it still happens)

What do you guys think it could be?

That is probably your synchronizers.

yeah, mine does the same thing going into fifth too fast sometimes, but never when its cold, but im going to be looking to get mine fixed soon, anyone know what a decent price is for the repairs?

You know i thought about stating that but i was not quite sure
if that would be the problem.

What gear oil would you guys suggest? Synthetic?
