I have a 91 japan spec. alltrac swap with mr2 turbo trans. I hit 130 mph then it was like hitting a brick wall! I though it would be higher than that.

I did a **** hair under 140 in 4th gear at redline on the dyno and didn't hit limiter..

the cars are sposed to speed cut at 195kph i think.. atleast standard ecu's etc... as simple as terminating a few wires and the speedcut doesnt work.. or just get one of them hks speedcut defenders.. problem solved

on my 7afte after 110 it stops reading but keeps pulling soo i'm guessing i'm doing like 140mph them something happens that feels like fuel cut...?? it cuts off then after it a while its like i'm getting fuel again?...... is that the limiter ?

yip thats the speed limiter.. when u go over the limit it cuts fuel then when u drop below the limit it flows again... weird sensation

I hit 118 in my st.... so I don't see any faster than 120 bc my car was going downhill and it only wanted to go a "cunt hair" more.

JDM speed cut is 180 kph, which is 112 mph. That is pure speed, in GT4 one can get it easily on 4th gear.

This should work pretty well. It halves the frequency seen by the ECU so your speedo will still work and speed cut should be at about 224mph. See Post #21 in this thread:
