Woah! - 6G Celicas Forums

Topic #46537 18 posts Started by absolutefunk
I stumbled across this site when making an unrelated google. You guys mean to tell me that I am not the only person in the world to still have a 6g Celica? LoL, seriously, I see maybe (maybe is stretching it) one other 6g a day in Dallas, and they usually are hard on the eyes (what is it with people not taking care of these cars???). Anyways, I own a 97 GT LB. All stock except for the audio. Even 10 years later I still haven't found a car I like better (besides the last gen Supra biggrin.gif).

haha around here I'd be lucky to see another 6th gen once a day! maybe 3-4 a week in the summer, but not this time of year...
haha i love this community! welcome aboard.

Visit My Automotive & Tech Blog.
The community here seems great. I can't wait to do a meetup.

I hear you on the lack of 6gs around. There's one other where I work (huuuuge corporate center with about 10,000 employees) and it's got a handicap sign in the window, but it seems to be well taken care of. Occasionally I see one towards the west side, but that's about it.

Welcome to the boards!

your life has now changed forever...hope you have a good income b/c you will now be buying a lot of stuff for your car, haha. no joke though

96Blue, when it comes time to sell yours (if that time ever comes), tell them you put a lot of money and work into your "Supra" and that you're willing to let it go for 3/4's of what it should go for. Not a bad flip from 5k to 19k.

trust me,i'd have to DESPARETLY need money to ever sell my car. I guess if i took the "celica" emblem off, could possibly make someone think it's a supra..lol

Well, you could always use the flipped money to get a supra. I dunno though, I really like mine too. And I have barely scratched the surface of customizing mine.
Where in Dallas are you located? North? South? GHETTO? lol there are some people on this forum from the DFW area.. but its hard to get a meet going.. wink.gif wink.gif wink.gif
I currently live in Bedford (used to live in North Dallas). Yeah I can tell already that this forum is going to make me wanna spend more money on my car. I already have switched gears a bit on my upcoming audio install to something more weight conscience. Dang you all!!!!!!!!!!!! wink.gif
