I'm thinking about getting some SSIII front lip extension for my celica, but I don't know if it will fit the GT-Four bumper. If anyone have done this and have pictures, can you post it? Also it will be great if someone can photoshop the SSIII onto the GT-Four bumper.

Uzthedentist is the screen name of the guy from UK who done SSIII splitters on a GT4 - imho they dont look good at all..

the TRD extentions look way better than the SS III on the GT 4 bumper.

thanks, I've just check out Uzthedentist's car. I think it looked okay, but now I'm seeing what you are saying doGGy. Maybe the GT-Four front extension will be better. I'm just looking for something that will look even with the stock sideskirt. I like the GT-Four, but to me it seems a little to big to match the stock sideskirt. If I cut the GT-Four front extension from the top will it still mount properly on the 6gen. I use pressure2's picture above and mark where to cut just so it will better show what I'm saying(Hopefully its okay with pressure2). The red line is where I'm thinking about cutting.

Yeah but that was the point. It didn't flow with the stock skirts so he got the TRDs. xangxiong's talking about going the opposite way. So I understood what he was saying.

lol, you have the right idea..
but not the right skirts.
as you can see in the pic, i had the TRD fronts, with the LOTUS side skirts, but same idea, yea, they line dont match looking directly at the side of the car, which is why i got the TRD skirts, and rears.
IMO the SSIII fronts wouldnt look quite right on the GT-4 front.
however, the rears would flow well with the stock skirts.

thanks you guys, I will search more to see if there is a front lip available to match the stock sideskirt. If I have access to a trd sideskirt, I would have gone the GT-four route, but since its pretty hard to find a trd sideskirt, I'm settling with the stock side. The only problem now is finding a front lip to complement the sideskirt. If anyone find any good front lip for a GT-Four bumper that will flow nice with the stock side, please post. For now I will keep searching or may customize one myself. (have consider the c-one lip, but didn't like it much)

why don't you get oem corner splitters for the gt4 like what presure2 has..
i don't have any good/clear pics of mine but here's some from another member:




otherwise there isn't anything else (that i know of) that would suit the stock sides..

i have real sides and rears from SS-III and plan on using SS-III on front of my st205 .. the TRD units are nice but i want super clean oem look and SS-III is more subtle .. it is a matter of taste and i build my st205 to what i like not what the "majority" thinks is cool ..

time to order myself the TOM's lip and lightly modify it to fit the gt4 bumper better... i need something that suits my stock skirts better.
do you know whether this is plastic or fiberglass?

Tom's lip is plastic, and i see from the pics - basicly no modifications needed to fit it on the bumper. One thing looks strange to me kinda, and i would deff cut the center top part witch goes on top of the bumper to just somehow suit the bumper more, cuz now you can clearly see that this lip wasnt designed for th "4" bumper...
