when putting the rotor on... and securing the caliper mount ... should the rotor be tight on or does it still jiggle? like not even tightly on there?
rotor installation question - 6G Celicas Forums
It should jiggle a bit, when you put your wheel on, it will be tight.
heres a tip, put rotor on, use 2 lugs to tighten in place, put caliper on. take lugs off, put tire on and lug.
thanks, first time doing this and wasn't sure how it was suspose to act.
Put some antiseize or wheel bearing grease on the hub under the rotor.
It will keep it from rusting to the hub.

about the calipers... it has 2 V shaped springs to hold/push the pads apart, but my driver side only has one. anyone know where to get it, or do i have to go to the dealer for them? or do i really need them at all?
$20 at an autoparts store for the clip and hardware kit, it will include them, theyre not needed but help prevent the pads from dragging a little and mostly help the stop noises.
