last week i was going to the airport to pick up a cousin and got into an accident...i merged pretty fast into the right lane and there was a car in my blind spot and spun out 180 degrees...the insurance says that car is a total loss....





i might be selling my projectors, headers, cai and a couple other items (that's if i decide not to get another 6gc)....

so sad....it was also one of the good looking 6gc in town....in my opinion.....

yeah it really sux....now i'm driving my dads tacoma and i don't like the handling and the feel of the truck...i need to get another car soon....i'm thinking about getting another 6gc/hatch....if not prolly look for a rear wheel drive car for under $5k...it looks like my only option is prolly a 240 if i go that route...but then again idk what to do just yet....thanks for the replies guys...

Dude it looks bad but I dotn think that could labeled as totaled. I'm damn sure that can be fix.

man that is the worst part to get hit at, we all know the back half of our cars is one metal peice lol, aint no replacing it. the only thing they could do it cut it out and weld in a new peice of metal, pretty much why the insurance said its totaled, dame that sucks, pretty celica, and i cried when i saw that jdm tail smashed

yeah...they said the the car is worth $5300(over 200k on the odemeter) and the damage is more than that, so that's why they said its totaled....i was thinking about fixing it but i just figured that it wouldn't be worth it because of the milage on the motor....



the funny thing was that there were bondo peeling in the same area also....prvieous owner must've had a simler accident....

Kenja, your ride is even tight. Even though almost everyone here as the same parts, it just looks smooth when people add in their own personal scheme to things. My rims almost look like yours and I was going to go silver too. I'm feeling regrets almost now. Well if you think you are getting another hatch or celica, that shows you really love these models.

I'm bummed. I saw your car in Sac town a bit ago I think. I can't imagine there are too many silver celis with jdm stuff on em. I was driving a beater gold volvo at the time, so I don't think you woulda recognized me.

thanks for the reply...yeah i haven't seen any other celica in town with just the lips/extensions...and ofcourse haven't seen any with projectors or ss-III tail lights...i've seen alot with the veilside kit all around...but then again prolly they just not rolling around
